Annual Electrical Inspection Visit-detailed inspection and maintenance visit

Annual Visit

Check and test outlets throughout home- Using plug tester to test integrity of plugs to ensure proper function
Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries- Replacing batteries every visit on units requiring backup batteries
Electrical Panel Inspection- Clean foreign debris if found in panel and tighten termination points to avoid feature hot spots
Identify future issues- Identify, log and provide repair solutions to avoid future issues on items
Replace Detectors- Replace detectors every 7 years from start of The Wade Way

Our generator maintenance plans are built to keep your equipment operating at its best while identifying potential issues before they lead to failure.

Annual Visit

Air Filer- Replace air filer on air cooled and liquid cooled units
Oil Filter- Replace oil filter on air cooled and liquid cooled units
Engine Oil- Change engine oil on air cooled and liquid cooled units
Spark Plugs- Change spark plugs on air cooled and liquid cooled units
Battery- Check battery voltage on air cooled and liquid cooled units
Clean- Clean generator enclosure on air cooled and liquid cooled units
Coolant- Check and add coolant on liquid cooled units
ATS- Check automatic switch communication with generator on air cooled and liquid cooled units

Generators are often left idle for long periods, which makes regular maintenance even more important. A well-maintained system is far more likely to start and operate correctly when it’s needed most, giving you confidence that your home will remain powered during an outage.

Membership Disclaimer
The Wade Way is a preventative maintenance membership designed to provide routine, non-invasive inspections and services for your home’s electrical system. All services are performed based on system accessibility, condition, and safety considerations, and in accordance with the current Membership details and included benefits.

Membership does not include repairs, replacements, or code corrections. Any additional work identified during inspections will be presented with options and quoted separately for your approval.

The Wade Way is a recurring monthly membership with an initial 12-month term and automatic renewal thereafter. A valid payment method must be maintained on file. Declined or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits, and any outstanding balance may be invoiced.

If membership is canceled prior to the completion of the initial term, remaining balances or previously applied discounts may be due. After the initial 12-month term, membership may be canceled with a 30-day notice.

Services are provided based on scheduling availability. Preventative maintenance is intended to reduce the likelihood of electrical issues but does not guarantee system performance or prevent all future failures. Wade Electrical Group is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues that are not visible or accessible at the time of service.
