Terms and Conditions

 

1. Definitions

Throughout this document, “Wade Electrical Group,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wade Electrical Group and its representatives.
“Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual or entity receiving services.

 

2. Scope of Services

Wade Electrical Group provides residential electrical services, including but not limited to installation, repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and system evaluations. All services are performed based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of service.

Any additional work identified during the course of service will be presented and quoted separately for customer approval prior to proceeding.

 

3. Estimates & Pricing

We utilize a structured price book to provide consistent and transparent pricing. Due to the nature of electrical systems, final pricing is determined based on system condition, accessibility, and scope of work.

All pricing will be presented and approved prior to performing work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept approved payment methods at the time of service. Failure to provide payment upon completion may result in:

  • Additional fees
  • Interest charges on outstanding balances
  • Suspension of future services
  • Collection actions if necessary

 

5. Non-Payment

Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to:

  • Late fees
  • Interest charges
  • Collection costs, including legal fees if applicable

Wade Electrical Group reserves the right to refuse service for accounts with unpaid balances.

 

6. Warranty

 

Standard Warranty

All labor and materials provided by Wade Electrical Group are covered under a one (1) year warranty from the date of service.

Customer-Supplied Materials

Any parts, equipment, or materials supplied by the customer are not covered under warranty by Wade Electrical Group.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Improper use or misuse
  • Acts of nature (lightning, flooding, etc.)
  • Pre-existing conditions not visible at time of service
  • Issues caused by other contractors or third parties

 

7. Membership Plan Warranty (The Wade Way)

For customers enrolled in an active membership plan:

  • Covered work and applicable components may qualify for extended warranty coverage as outlined in the membership details
  • Warranty remains valid only while membership is active

 

Warranty Exclusions Under Membership

Warranty is void if:

  • Work has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Wade Electrical Group
  • Equipment has been tampered with
  • Proper maintenance recommendations are not followed

 

8. Membership Plans

Membership plans, including The Wade Way and generator maintenance plans, are designed to provide preventative maintenance and additional benefits.

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Annual maintenance visits
  • Priority scheduling
  • Discounts on repairs
  • Access to after-hours service
  • Extended warranty benefits

 

Membership Terms

  • Memberships may be billed monthly or annually
  • Membership benefits remain active only while the account is in good standing
  • Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of benefits
  • Memberships may require a minimum term as outlined at time of enrollment

 

9. Scheduling & Access

Services are provided based on availability. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to electrical systems.

Wade Electrical Group reserves the right to reschedule or decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Wade Electrical Group is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not visible or disclosed
  • Damage resulting from outdated or unsafe electrical systems
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

 

11. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required, permits will be obtained in accordance with local regulations unless otherwise agreed.

Work is performed to meet applicable codes at the time of service. Existing systems not up to current code may require additional work to bring into compliance.

 

12. Cancellation & Refunds

Scheduled services may require notice for cancellation. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has been completed.

 

13. Changes to Terms

Wade Electrical Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on our website.

 

14. Acceptance of Terms

By approving services or engaging Wade Electrical Group, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

 

15. Assignment & Transfer of Business

In the event that Wade Electrical Group is sold, transferred, or assigned to a new owner or entity, all existing agreements, warranties, memberships, and obligations may be transferred to the new owner at our discretion.

The new owner will have the right to honor, modify, or discontinue services, warranties, or membership plans in accordance with applicable laws and the terms in place at the time of transfer.
